Per\u00f2, qu\u00e8 significa aix\u00f2 per a les persones amb hipoteques i com pot afectar les seves finances personals?<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Un salt hist\u00f2ric: del -0,505% al 4,007%<\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;Euribor ha experimentat un augment sense precedents en l&#8217;\u00faltim any, passant del -0,505% de gener de 2021 al 4,007% de juny de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, ha passat de tipus negatius de menys 0,5% a tipus positius per sobre del 4%, un augment de 4,5 punts percentuals. Aquest \u00e9s un canvi significatiu que no s&#8217;ha vist en la hist\u00f2ria recent i que t\u00e9 implicacions importants per a aquells amb hipoteques variables. Per exemple, per a una hipoteca de 180.000 euros a 25 anys amb un Euribor+1%, la quota passaria de 750\u20ac a 1.041\u20ac, un increment de 291\u20ac al mes, 3.482\u20ac a l'any.<\/p>\n<p>Per a moltes fam\u00edlies, aquest augment requereix d'ajustos dr\u00e0stics en el seu pressupost. Amb l'Euribor ara en el 4%, aquesta relaci\u00f3 d'endeutament s'est\u00e0 acostant al 60%. Aix\u00f2 significa que aquestes persones estan gastant m\u00e9s de la meitat dels seus ingressos en el pagament de la hipoteca, la qual cosa pot portar a problemes financers seriosos.<\/p>\n<h2>Cal esperar un Euribor al 4,50%?<\/h2>\n<p>L'augment de l'Euribor est\u00e0 vinculat a l'increment dels tipus d'inter\u00e8s del Banc Central Europeu.
